The White Garden Inn accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover – as well as cash/checks.

Cancellation Policy

Our Bed and Breakfast has a one week cancellation policy. If you are unable to stay with us, please call us as soon as possible. If we are able to resell your room, we will not charge for the cancelled reservation. If we are unable to sell your room, we will charge a $50 cancellation fee per reservation night. Major University event weekends will have a 2 week cancellation policy. This is subject to change.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check in time is 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. or by alternate arrangement. Complimentary wine and beer is available, for bed & breakfast guests arriving at these times. Complimentary coffee, tea, soft drinks and juices are always available to make guests feel at home. Check out time is noon.

Meal Policy

Breakfast times vary between 8:30 – 10:00 a.m. and by prior arrangements. University students of parents staying at the White Garden Inn are invited to Sunday brunch at no cost. Additional guests may join you for brunch as well for a small cost and with advanced notice. Please let us know upon checking in if there are special dietary needs.

Smoking Policy

For health, safety and courtesy to other guests – smoking is not permitted in any guest room or common area. However, our lodging does provide smoking in designated areas outside.

Pets and Children Policy

Children accompanied by adults are welcome. Our country Inn however, is unable to accommodate pets at this time.

Special Weekend Policy

Certain special event weekends, like graduations and parents’ weekends require two-night minimum stays.

B&B Gift Certificates

We are happy to offer gift certificates for a specific dollar amounts to be redeemed at our accommodations. Additional costs and taxes may be included into the certificates, and will be assessed at the time of room usage. Please note the use of a gift certificate when making your reservation at the Inn.
